Our Story
Mike Cozad has retired to Sebastian, FL (just south of Melbourne) and has extensive experience in the management of public companies at all levels of management. Mike developed a niche for himself in his career as a leader proficient in improving underperforming operating divisions and assimilating acquisitions. Mike has a level of expertise in understanding how public companies work at the operating level; profit and loss statements, budgeting, forecasting, quarterly reporting, risk management, etc. and brings valuable insights from this perspective.

Wayne Simmons is from Melbourne, Australia and has a Finance & Investment background, as a Financial Advisor - Wayne was voted #1 Financial & Investment Advisor in Australia (2001 & 2002) by Personal Investor Magazine; Previous Chairman of two public companies; Sold his Financial Planning and Advice company to a large Multi-National Fund Manager in 2011; Graduate of Australian Institute of Management; Graduate of Australian Securities Institute (& held securities & investment licenses); Presently, Wayne is a Registered Professional Investor.
